Chuck Weldon
Founder & Executive Chef
Chuck has been in the St. Petersburg food industry since 1974. In addition to running a catering company established in 1983, he played a critical role for the Fisherman's Inn Restaurants and many fine dining establishments.
Chris Weldon
Executive Chef
Chris has grown up in the catering business working in his father's footsteps. He has also gained experience cooking in some of the finer local eateries such as the original Bonefish Grill while attending the Art Institute of Tampa to obtain a culinary arts degree.

One of the services we offer is partnering with local, private schools to provide a full-service lunch program. We tailor each program and its menus to meet the needs of the school. We also have designed our own on-line program to keep track of ordering and account balances. Our goal is to provide nutritious and tasty meals at an affordable cost.
