Our mission is to provide our clients fresh, great tasting food and a stress free event.

Description

Our chefs have a combined experience of over 50 years in the Tampa Bay Area.
Chuck, our Executive Chef has been in the St. Petersburg food industry since 1974.
In addition to running a catering company established in 1983, he played a critical
role for the Fisherman's Inn Restaurants and many fine dining establishments.


Chris, our Sous Chef, has grown up in the catering business working in his father's
footsteps and has also gained experience cooking in some of the finer local eateries
such as Bonefish Grill while he attended the Art Institute of Tampa to obtain a
culinary arts degree. Today he raises two boys that also aid in the family business.


Although we provide all types of culinary expertise we are a 4th generation,
Gulfcoast fishing family and we translate our passion for fishing into an unparalleled
seafood catering experience.
